This policy explains how YZ Staging handles information when you visit www.yzstagingca.com or yz-staging.vercel.app, inquire about our San Francisco Bay Area home-staging services, or submit your contact details through a YZ Staging sponsored agent. It applies to our handling of that information. The platforms you use to reach us also have their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email, optional phone number, your role in the project, property city or ZIP code, optional property address, occupancy status, target photography or listing date, service interests, and project notes. We also record whether you ask to receive occasional updates.

The consultation form includes the page URL, referring page, and campaign tags where available. If an existing HubSpot visitor cookie is present, the form can send its identifier to HubSpot to associate the inquiry with that visit. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information in project notes.

How we use information

We use inquiry details to respond to you, assess project fit, discuss services and timing, prepare a scope or proposal, coordinate a project, maintain our customer records, and protect the site against misuse. The property-value range described in our marketing refers to the homes we focus on, not a quoted staging fee. We use your marketing preference to distinguish a project response from optional promotional updates.

Services that help us operate

We use HubSpot to receive website inquiries and manage customer relationships, and Vercel to host this website. These providers process information in connection with the services they provide to us. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate.

If you submit a lead through a YZ Staging sponsored agent in OpenAI, the contact and project information you agree to share may be delivered to us and our CRM. Your use of OpenAI is also governed by OpenAI’s privacy policy.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and the security of our services.

Advertising measurement

We use HubSpot’s ChatGPT Ads integration to understand whether our advertising leads to relevant staging inquiries. If a contact has interacted with our ads and later reaches the Marketing Qualified Lead stage in our CRM, HubSpot is configured to send a qualified-lead conversion event to OpenAI. This helps measure advertising results and improve campaign delivery. The matching fields selected for this event are an advertising click identifier and email address, where available.

This reporting happens through our CRM integration, rather than directly from the website consultation form. You can use the privacy request form below to ask us to stop using your information for advertising measurement. Your choice about receiving occasional promotional updates is separate from this measurement.

Your choices and requests

You can leave optional fields blank and request a consultation without choosing occasional updates. You can ask us to stop promotional messages, correct your details, provide access to information about you, or delete information by using the privacy request form below. You may also reply to a message from YZ Staging. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing project.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. This website does not currently load an OpenAI advertising pixel or a HubSpot tracking script. It does not currently use a Do Not Track signal to change its behavior.

Retention and protection

We retain information for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, managing projects and customer relationships, maintaining necessary business records, and meeting legal obligations. The appropriate retention period depends on the type of information and the reason it is held. We use access controls and service-provider protections to help safeguard information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children and policy changes

Our services are intended for adults planning a property project. Please do not submit information about children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, use the form below to let us know. We may update this policy as our services change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
